OCTOBER

  • WEEK 1:
    - 1st of the month: Autopay for clients with the 8 installment plan. Double, triple check what you are billing them, and afterwards, check that everyone's account balances are at 0. If they are not, make notes of what clients you need to contact regarding their account balance.
    - Send out monthly parent email regarding any information on the current months events & what to look forward to for the next month (important to note that performance fees are due November 1st & will be billed to everyone's student account at that time)
  • WEEK 2:
    - Process payroll in DSP & pay teachers through Huntington by Friday.
    - Send out availability survey through Google Surveys to teachers about November teacher meeting date.
  • WEEK 3:
    -
    Promote Session 2 of Workshops! Email, call, share on Facebook, Instagram, & Website.
    - Announce Dress Up week, which will happen during week 4.
    - All Nutcracker info should be on the website! Ticket sales should be available through Dance Studio Pro.
    - Nutcracker promo material designed & ordered through Vistaprint.
    - Confirm any magazine promos for Nutcracker.
  • WEEK 4:
    - Dress up Week! Take photos, document the classes & share on social media.
    - Process payroll in DSP & pay teachers through Huntington by Friday.
    - Session 1 Workshops End - Call/text all participants in session 1 to continue with session 2, add payment due to their accounts.
    - Text balletmore families as a reminder to sign up for workshops. Add workshop students names to the workshop payment tab. Document payment here & highlight the names of students who still need to pay.
     

NOVEMBER

- Send out monthly parent email regarding any information on the current months events & what to look forward to for the next month (important to mention Nutcracker Ballet performance dates, tickets, etc).
- Make tentative volunteer list & sent out to ensemble parents to see if they are willing, have questions, or cannot do the jobs given to them. (see template in google drive) Notify parents that promo material is at the studio and needs to be shared.
- Workshop Session #2 Begins! Ensure everyone is paid up & send class reminder texts to students.
- Employee Meeting #2 - 2 month check in, discuss Nutcracker participation/needs, student evaluations, parent watch month, holiday event ideas.
WEEK 2: 
- Finish up volunteer list, check in regarding extra ensemble rehearsals that may need to be scheduled, check on costume making needs/organization.

7 week sessions in fall
Session 1: Sept. 12, 2018 - October 24, 2018, Session 2: November 7 - December 19
Cost: $100/hour class, $50/30 minute class, 2nd workshop 50% off
10 week winter session
Session 3: Jan. 10, 2019 - March 14, 2019
Cost: $145/hour class, $70/30 minute class, 2nd workshop 50% off
7 week spring session
Session 4: March 21 - May 9
Cost: $100/hour class, $50/30 minute class, 2nd workshop 50% off
